Merry Christmas one and all. I know Ive been unbelievably shitty at being around the past few months. And Im sure youre sick of hearing excuses, though if anyone is curious Ill happily explain. Suffice to say, its purely been logistical issues that have kept me away, and ones that Im seeking to fix. But this year has been flat out awesome for me: Ive played with some friends, some people who I respect like mad and am slightly in awe of who then became friends, and put out an EP which did much better than I ever thought and it was indescribably gratifying to see people enjoy it. Needless to say, I never thought Id be in this position. What Ive got going here is tiny in Internet and real world terms, but in the world of Ruby, it feels like a massive deal, and like theres a whole lot of you, and Im overwhelmed by that love and support. Soppiness over. I hope you have the best year ever. Really, I do.
