You can find me at https://facebook/TruckerWifeVickiSuddaby 1 lb extra lean ground beef 1 egg 1 package of Kraft Fresh Take Cheese and Breadcumb mix, Smokey Mesquite BBQ flavor I took some extra lean ground beef (I have used lean ground turkey before which was just as good) and added 1 egg. Then I mixed in I package of the Kraft Fresh Take Cheese and Breadcumb mix, Smokey Mesquite BBQ flavor. Mix well. Then I put it into muffin tin (for portion control) baked at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with some steamed veggies and a quick and easy meal.
