Message To Washington From: 2 million Bikers By: Bob “Bikerwolf” Bryant Today I took an amazing ride With a million bikers full of pride Permits denied, Said “You’re not welcome here” That is not what we wanted to hear We ignored that crap and rode on in Flag after flag blowing in the wind Some were local and others from far away Over from Alaska I heard one Brother say License plates from any state you could name California, Carolina, Oregon and Maine The number of Bikes there I’d never seen All gathered together for one common thing To honor and remember a day from our past A day like that I hope was our last The day Muslim terrorists knocked us to our knees But never stopped Ol’ Glory from flapping in the breeze Yeah even though Washington thought we would fold We revved up our engines loud, proud and bold There were names ridden for in honor, and there were moments of silence Both were for the victims, as we showed Washington our defiance We also rode for those that want to be heard As legislators won’t listen to American’s words But legislators remember as you push around people that are meek American Bikers will rise to their feet So let it be known by the powers that be BIKERS are AMERICAN, and we shall remain free So keep denying our permits, and shoving crap down our throats Just keep in mind we carry a lot of votes Copyright 9/11/2013
