Message from Commissioner Lyman Hello, Many of you were at the commission meeting last week to support the Recapture Resolution. It is an important resolution and I have been working through this week to get the buy-in and added input to make the resolution stronger. I appreciate the work of other County employees who have worked on it as well. It will be presented again tomorrow with a few small but material changes. I believe it is more solid than before. The work meeting has been changed to a commission meeting mainly to accommodate the adoption of this resolution. I was under the impression that we would be meeting at 9, but the meeting has been scheduled to start at 10:00 AM with the resolution scheduled for 11:00. It was so good to see those in support at last Tuesdays meeting. I dont expect people to go too far out of their way to come to the meeting tomorrow, but just know that your presence makes a difference. Sincerely Yours, Phil
