Message from Mr.K At the outset,I like to thank and congratulate you people for doing wonderful job. Keep going. My Queries/suggestion :- 1. Please file an RTI in union labour department and in all state labour department regarding , to provide list/number of employee lay-off in last 3 to 5 years in each companies(TCS,WIPRO,INFOSYS,CTS,HCL,IBM,accenture, mind tree, polaris , inautrix,hexaware) especially list of women employee lay -off 2. i think all employee is fearing to file complaint officially with labour department as company will back list there name in NASSCOM database. the only solution i feel is that forming union and it filing complaint collectively on behalf of all affected employee is good. 3. And after 30 days from filing complaint officially with labour department file another RTI application to track the status of complaint. Companies getting tax benefit and more tax benefit when they recruit women and showing that it has given employment for people. same way companies must be imposed severe penalty for lay - off Thanks, K
