Message from our club secretary Gerard Flannigan. As the clubhouse gets a little quieter for the next few months it is always a good idea to try and catch up on some details. Could I ask members to ensure we have the most up to date address and e-mail for you. You can update your details on the booking system but I still need to change details in the office. To all of our new members that came on board this year please let me know if you are managing to find your way around ok. Remember I am in the office everyday and if I happen to be elsewhere I try to ensure Angela is here. If you have any queries at all please give us a call. There is a lot going on with the course during the winter. We are draining 3 greens with the Whizz wheel A lot of GUR areas will be returfed. The new ditch at the right hand side of the 14th will help with the drainage.The road on the 1st and 14th is being lifted and returfed after all these years. There is plenty to keep the guys busy. I am preparing the budgets for next year(sorry has to be done) and there will be a complete review on the condition of the clubhouse, so plenty to keep me busy as well.
