Here’s your chance to let your story unfold for all to see. STORYHIVE, a community-powered funding program is empowering you -- the community -- to bring the ideas you want to watch to screens everywhere. Unlike most grant programs, STORYHIVE goes beyond having content creators simply submit an application or pitch. The community decides which projects receive funding, as it’s their votes that will determine which 15 projects will receive $10,000 each to produce their pilot webisode. And there’s more; the winning pilots will be showcased on TELUS Optik™ TV On Demand and their social channels for even more exposure. Victoria - We Want You! Get funded! Get help! Get seen! Starting October 14, STORYHIVE is seeking local talent with fresh ideas for a web series. Victoria content creators are encouraged to apply for funding by creating a multimedia application for their idea and plan for production.
