Message of the Moment: Allowing the flow to enrich our lives is a choice. Its called the flow because EVERYTHING is ALWAYS moving, shifting and changing. It can be easy and effortless if we allow it to be. Its when when we begin to form a resistance, we create the chaos. The smooth flow creates rapids that become difficult to maneuver. As water just flows so shall we. Life seems to take us in directions we never imagined: 1. The timing never seems right. 2. Things dont manifest in the way we thought, yet manifest all the same to what we initially wanted and most of all needed. 3. Places, homes, people, jobs, relationships can all be stressful and very different than the way we imagined. The fear of change, the feeling of no control, lack of faith and your will to hold on to what was, will make for a bumpy ride down the inevitable river of change. If we tend to focus on what everything doesnt look like, well never see the beauty of what they do look like and the gifts that they bring. Either way, you ARE in the river! You can do this the easy way or the hard way. Yes, another choice is yours to make. Change your perception, change your life.
