Metal Mondays! Tool is a band formed in LA in 1990. Drummer Danny Carey is one of the best modern day rock/metal drummers. He has studied jazz drumming for years and frequently uses odd time signatures and polyrhythms which adds to tools different sound. Vocalist Maynard Keenan does not include lyrics with any of tools releases as he believes most people dont get it and it is not a priority of the band that people do.
