Methinks, and I like it not, that the BC Ferry Coalition has been hijacked by the NDP for purely political purposes. Seriously, folks... When is the LAST TIME a politician really helped you? I can remember the last time for me. Hint... it was a very long time ago. Dont make the mistake of turning your battle with BC Ferries over to politicians. Theyve all made a big enough mess, already. Remember the previous Premier Clark? AS in Glen Clark? That Fast Cat ferry fiasco cost us a fortune and was a complete flop. Maybe we should go back to the way it used to be in this province. According to Wikipedia, Before 1903, British Columbia did not use a party system; instead, Premiers of British Columbia had no official party affiliation and were chosen by elected members of the Legislative Assembly from among themselves. Candidates ran as Government, Opposition, Independent, or in formulations such as Opposition independent, indicating their respective positions to the incumbent regime.
