It was a boost for the states overall lottery revenues, but those revenues were still down about four percent compared with last July. Lottery officials continue to blame the ongoing decline on competition from out of state casinos. The Keith Albee Performing Arts Center in Huntington, first built in 1928, is now a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Wayne County Senator Bob Plymale paid the membership fee.
