MetroNews Morning News Headlines: State Senate Majority Leader John Unger says the legislature should address the Fetal Pain Bill again. Unger, who supported the measure earlier this year, says theres no use delay taking it up. Supporters are nearing the necessary number of signatures on a petition to force a special session on the matter. Governor Tomblin vetoed the bill earlier this year saying it was unconstitutional. The DEP has put a halt to dumping drilling waste from a Pennsylvania well site into a Harrison County landfill. The material was brought to the Meadowfill Landfill after it was rejected at a Pennsylvania landfill for radioactivity.
