MetroNews Morning News Headlines: West Virginia is in the cross hairs of another polar plunge. Temperatures will drop rapidly today to the single digits and below zero statewide by tomorrow. Along the way look for some snow along with it. Monongalia County Delegate Tony Barill is recovering after being shot in his home early Saturday morning. The bullet was fired accidentally from another room by another member of his family. Two men are dead in Cabell County after they were apparently shot by a neighbor. Rodney Black, 63, is charged with two counts of murder after shooting the men when he claimed they were breaking into his out building. Turns out the building wasnt his and one of the victims had just bought the property. The state Senate is expected to approve legislation this week borne out of the water emergency. The bill increases regulation over above ground storage tanks--particularly those located near a water source.
