Mheshimiwa AMW, I acknowledge the efforts you are putting in making Kandara better ......! However, I wish there was a way you could set your priorities right. How many laboratories can 1M help equip? How many poor orphans can 1M educate inform of Bursaries? How many classrooms can 1M construct? How many teachers can 1M hire on B.O.M terms? How many books can 1M purchase? How many other better ways can 1M be put into? Just like you, I dont have an answer but I dont believe it was prudent to use 1M shillings to take head teachers out in the name of capacity building. I am not in any way negating the necessity for capacity building, but it escapes understanding of any sane mind why you opted to use non-professional to facilitate in the event. Please help me appropriately define capacity building to obliterate my confusion. Am not about to relate this incidence to poor performance in last years KCPE, neither am I about to call it mismanagement of public money. Its also not my wish to call it misplaced priority, but allow me call it so for lack of a better word. Lastly, I wish your leadership could internalize the meaning of representative democracy n try to implements its requirements in totality. HAPPY, PROSPEROUS 2015.
