Michael: In order to make a case that children with childhood schizophenia and/or autism, the government needs hard data. Below is your chance to contribute to the University of Hartfords attempt to gather that hard data. Please do take 10 minutes to fill out this confidential survey if you have a child with child onset schizophrenia. Thank you! You are invited to participate in Childhood Schizophrenia and Autism research! This study is part of a doctoral dissertation project through the University of Hartford. The study is gathering information about youth diagnosed with childhood schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorder! We appreciate your interest in furthering our understanding of these serious mental health. Who: Parents with children ages 5-17 are invited to participate. The child must be diagnosed with schizophrenia or an autism spectrum disorder. For children diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychotic symptoms must have been present prior to age 13. *Please note that all of your answers will be anonymous and will only be used as a part of group data collection.
