Michael Laudrup admitted it was a weird feeling to suggest his Swansea City side played well despite losing 3-0 to Manchester City on Sunday. The Welsh club had a number of chances in the Etihad Stadium defeat, which came courtesy of an early goal from Alvaro Negredo and a second-half brace from Samir Nasri, and Laudrup felt it was a decent performance notwithstanding the negative outcome. It may be strange to stand here after losing 3-0 to Man City and say we did so many good things today,” he said. I think the first half we played really great, we kept the ball and we did it in a very good way. In midfield we pressed forward and (Jonjo) Shelvey had two shots before (Jonathan) de Guzman missed a great chance for us. But we know when we play against players like this that some of them can just create a chance or a goal out of nothing and thats what we saw in the second half when Nasri scored the second and third goals.
