The Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands executive ordered inquiries last year into the cattle agistment business and its financial systems, and did an employer obligation compliance assessment. As revealed by The Australian last week, outgoing lands chairman Bernard Singer has resigned as the elected chairman of the APY Lands amid ongoing turmoil over governance and administrative matters.
