Michael Page HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F)Geneva Area, Switzerland, CH - Pharmaceuticals Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Business Partner will develop, implement and drive HR solutions and will work to integrate the HR strategy with the business strategy. Key elements of the role are detailed below: - Support management team to develop appropriate people strategies and solutions to meet business requirements. - Lead implementation of Talent Management Initiatives including Workforce Planning, Succession, Performance Management, Employee Engagement/Satisfaction, Recognition, Communication, etc. - Design succession plans for key talent and key roles. Identify and prepare development plans for the key and high potential employees. - Identify employees ready for promotion and rotate best talents across different functions in the organization. - Adopt the role of Change Agent - Partner with and coach the business leadership team to facilitate organizational and cultural change. Educate the business on HR trends that affect the business. Lead change management projects - Employee Satisfaction/Engagement - lead employee survey initiative by working with leaders to create/review measures (employee retention/complaint levels/satisfaction), identify system changes to affect the scores and take action to put the highest priority system changes in place, as well as identifying sources of employee dissatisfaction - Develop strategic solutions for recruitment, people development and retention issues. Build organizational capability and bench strength, ensuring the right people are in the right jobs. - Advise and counsel managers and employees to achieve positive resolution of employee relations issues and support change initiatives. Coach leadership team on all HR matters - Identify and take measures to address functional learning gaps through the application of either technical training or management development programs, coaching and supporting the leadership team as required. - Maintain an open door relationship with all levels of employees and provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
