Direction and project management for the defined area of scope being processing, handling and storage of product. Contributing constructive advice and feedback on the process, as well as interacting with other groups to determine best case scenarios and value added trade off for each contributor. Manage and monitor deviations from the study to ensure that all changes are documented and communicated appropriately. Monitor 3rd party involvement in the study phase of the project to ensure alignment with scope. Identify project risks and communicate to stakeholders. Collaborate with all project stakeholders to maximize investment value.
