Michael Page USA National Sales Manager- Lab AutomationGreater Boston Area, US - Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals Summary The successful candidate will be an experienced seller or sales manager and will work to help grow the business of our core product and additional lines. You will be tasked with helping to develop sales plans, new product introduction and building an outstanding sales team. You will be working directly under the Director of Sales & Marketing for the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new clients as well as working with our previous ones. The National Sales Manager- Lab Automation will successfully convey the value of our product in the market place. Candidates willing to relocate will be considered but no assistance will be provided. Description Lead the US Sales team from Boston with the Director of Sales & Marketing Lead the sales effort, which includes establishing customer relationships, presenting the value proposition, building a new sales team and executing the strategic sales plans to close business Build a sales team of which you will have direct management over in the coming 6-24 months Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and prospective clients A strong hunter type or relationship building selling style will thrive in this position Be a player/coach, especially during the initial launch of our product Be the sales leader and quarterback for professional relationships and strategic accounts with the ability to manage and integrate resources needed to grow relationships and revenues Profile Minimum Requirements for National Sales Manager- Lab Automation Bachelors degree required (Biology preferred) 4+ years proven track record selling into laboratories and/or education environments Demonstrated ability to close deals with strong negotiation, presentation & collaboration skills Preferred Experience for National Sales Manager- Lab Automation Past experience of introducing a new product business segment and building a world class sales team. A proven track record of leadership and performance excellence in meeting revenue targets and objectives.
