Michael Potter, sole owner of Eden Foods, complains, on his FB page, of maliciousness and corruption towards his firm. He denied that his company is part of the HL suit, hes strictly correct. Heres a post I put on the companys FB page. Note that he wants to deny all contraception, not just those to which HL objects. Its another example of how flawed is the idea of extending religious objections to corporations, even, as in this case, solely held. Mr. Potter wants it both ways -- corporate protection from shareholder liability, but then shareholder insistence on personal religious views. ==== As far as being part of Hobby Lobby, no, your firm filed a separate action, Eden Foods and Michael Potter v. Sibelius. The Sixth Court of Appeals rejected your position. As a result of the Hobby Lobby decision, the Supreme Court returned your suit to the Sixth Circuit. What is mischaracterizing about that? Even if the Sixth Circuit supports the position, it is perfectly legal for citizens who object to take economic and publicity actions against the firms taking this position. ca6.uscourts.gov/opinions.pdf/13a0304p-06.pdf
