*Michael Tracy Signs 2-Record Deal With Spectra Records!** I am thrilled to announce that I have just signed an agreement with Spectra Music Group, one of the most established independent labels out there. There will be an official press release and more details coming over the following weeks. The full length album Gonna Smile and the EP Hopeful (The Atlanta Sessions) have both been picked up by Spectra and will be being released in 2015. Which does mean that everywhere they currently exist out there self released on all the digital stores & streaming will be coming down very soon and go into hiding for a while. I am obviously very excited but recognize that while this is a significant and important mountain to have moved, that there is so much more work to do; and Im looking forward to taking on the challenges ahead. I cant possibly list & thank everyone who have been supportive and a part of these past 3 years working toward todays announcement: The musicians, bandmates, venue owners, fans, friends, followers, family, photographers, video,DJs, writers, etc, etc, etc... But I would like to especially mention Boo English who co-produced & mixed the Gonna Smile album with me and Joey Huffman who recently produced Kevin Sellors engineered) the EP Hopeful and extend a thank you and congratulations to them for their efforts and talents bringing to fruition these two albums.
