So have some others here. They just corruptly write another false statement (tell a lie) into public record and dismiss it. And then when you follow through with the appropriate lawsuit then they corruptly write more false statements into public records and at judges unfaithfully presided over judicial proceedings is upheld and executed into enforcement the corrupt false public acts and corrupt false public records. The Executive Branch and Judicial Branch Governments do that operating as a single political unit together and by way of their malfeasance collaboration they accomplish the overthrow of federal and state constitutions with their corruption by openly violating the separation of powers principle by they together the Executive Branch Government Department of Justice and the Judicial Branch Government Courts obstruct justice through the unlawful means political conspiracy in order to unfaithfully execute the laws and thereby enforcing their corrupt deceitful public acts and corrupt false public records and criminally unfaithful judicial proceedings. Theyve plain said it, vaguely hid for those who dont know but clearly understood by those who understand, at the bottom of page 5 of the Fifth District Court of Appeals opinion which is posted at this acting public prosecutors Facebook page where the Fifth District Court of Appeal three judges wrote: we agree with the Attorney General that the demurrer was correctly sustained because the complaint is uncertain, ambiguous or unintelligible. But they understood everything else. I told you. The Government is the problem. People say bankers and corporations and thats complicated to apply in every individual case and theres no way to argue it even if it is true it has an overall bad effect. Anyway nobody forces evil criminally hypocrite judges to do what they deceitfully do because they have free will. And nobody is forcing them to do something or anything that removes from them their free will. Nobodys messing with their free will.
