Ferrell-Hamman - if you ever wondered what the deal is with my annoying uber-frequent run posts, this is it - Ive been inspired by the Run Streakers to run every day. Even if its just a mile (which is the minimum to keep your streak alive), I do it. 8-9 minutes of my day at minimum isnt a lot to ask for my health. I LOVE running, and Ill keep doing it! I encourage you all to start your own streak!! (Austin did! )
