Yesterday I hit the 25KG goal mark, just in time for my 1-year-life-change-iversary. Its been nothing short of incredible. I have met bunches of beautiful people who have become friends. I have learnt so much about myself, my limits, and what I want out of life. Be consistent. No matter how fast or slow it goes, keep with it, you are worth it!
