Microwave-only thrusters work, apparently. Theyre unclear on the physics of why, but multiple independently-corroborated tests (one set at least by NASA) indicate its a goer. This means you could get a constant thrust as long as your power holds out (with a SNAP generator, that could be years). A years thrust against pretty much anything, even at 50 grams, could get you to an appreciable fraction of c.
