Microwave update: tech came and checked it (Don Horner - known him since the ol Igous days and hes related to Carla). He diagnosed, said to buy a new one. I went to Sears to purchase a new one and found out this one is covered by the extended warranty plan I purchased. YAY!!! Now, I have to wait until next Friday for the appointment. In the meantime, we are thankful for the cheap, ugly microwave we purchased for Carlas classroom that we bring home during summer break. It works just fine.
