Mid Day Knowledge Snack: Lets talk about the original Ground Zero..... Question if 9/11 was an amerikkkan tragedy that we must never forget, does this also apply to the June 1, 1921 Tulsa (Black Wall Street or Little Africa) airplane bombing attacks carried out by white amerikkkan terrorist? It was estimated that any where between 1,500 to 3,000 Black people died during this terrorist act in 1921. Which means as much as 33% of the Black population of Tulsa,OK in 1921 was wiped out in 16 hours. Many of them were buried in mass graves all around the city. Some were thrown into the river. And at 21st Street and Yale Avenue, there used to be a coal mine. Many of the bodies were thrown into the shafts. Over 1,500 homes were destroyed in the 35 blocks that went up in flames. There were an estimated 600 businesses lost. Among these were 21 churches, 21 restaurants, 30 grocery stores and two movie theaters, plus a hospital, a bank, a post office, libraries, schools, law offices, a half dozen private airplanes and even a bus system. So when we are reminded that we should never forget those who have falling at the hands of terrorist, who seek to destroy us and if you are asked if there is any room for forgiveness? Simply respond as they have to the terrorist that attacked them.... I believe that forgiving them is Gods function. Our job is to simply arrange the meeting. NEVER FORGET 6-1-1921 (Amerikkkas first ground zero) BLACK WALL STREET- Tulsa, OK
