Middle-class Americans have lost $7,000 average wage earning since 2007. That was one year before Obama was elected but more importantly, it was the first time since the last American depression that Democrats controlled both houses of congress. Many people blame Obama directly for the economy and the growing feeling that America has slipped. But it is his fault, anymore than its the fault of all liberals in government. Obama is only a reflection of true state of the majority of Americans. Democrats own this bad economy. Not Obama, even though he is a Democrat. But he would not have been able to do the damage done without complete control of the mandate bestowed by a majority vote (be they live of be they dead!) Liberals get the government they deserve. Democrats get the government they deserve. Unfortunately conservatives are also getting the government liberals deserve. I understood politicians were ELECTED on party line, party platform. But once elected, they had to represent ALL the people. And failure to do so is grounds for removal.
