Midterm Exam Help Desk for ALL Streams except IAP by IOU Admin - Tuesday, 4 November 2014, 12:40 PM Streams Addressed: ALL except IAP As-Salaamu Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullaahi Wa-Barakaatuh I pray to Allah that you are in an increasing state of eemaan and good health. Dear Fall 2014 semester students, alhamdulillaah, we have set up a ‘Midterm Exam Help Desk’ to facilitate exam resets to those students who fail to submit the midterm exam due to a power, internet or server issues, or any other technical difficulty. In order to successfully reset your exam, please submit your request for a reset through the ‘Quiz Reset’portal located in the Academics Block of My Home page. The request will be processed within 12 hours. On the last day, the exam will be reset within 15 minutes from 11am to 4:30p.m., Insha Allaah. Note: 1. Students requesting reset must complete the reset exam within the exam period. 2. Requests are to be submitted strictly through the Quiz Reset portal; no reset request should be sent to the TAs or to any staff. It is further advised to complete all exams/tests before noon of the last day, in order to be able to report any technical issues in due time. On the last day of the exam, the reset requests will only be accepted until 4:30 p.m. Qatar time , though, the exams will remain open until 6:00 p.m. Qatar time. Students attempting test/exam on the last day after 4:30 p.m. Qatar time, will be doing so at their own risk and will not be given reset under ANY circumstances.
