Mike Dantoni is smiling right now as he presides over a Lakers team that is the worse in its history YET they dropped 51 points on the New York Knicks 2Night which is the most theyve given up in ANY QUARTER in the franchises 67 year history. Dantoni got fired in New York because he put his faith in Carmelo Anthony and tried to build the offense around him and when Carmelo was NOT GOOD ENOUGH and the team went down in flames he got blamed for it. His successor Mike Woodson on the opposing sideline 2Night is the next example and causality of that . Phil Jackson? He will be next too if he doesnt let him walk this summer. Let him go to L.A. Im sure they dont want him anyway after watching this up close tonight. Phil actually met with Carmelo in the locker room this afternoon and then this disgrace takes place.
