Mike Oldfield has released a wicked pop/rock album this year There are no lengthy instrumentals here, but most of the songs still have that enchanted Oldfield-feel and beauty and they grow on you the more you listen to them. After the first couple of listenings my favourites were Moonshine, Chariots and Man on the Rocks, but now I love practically the whole album. The opening track, Sailing for instance was one of those tracks that grew on me after a while. Track 10 is not available on YouTube here in Sweden, but I actually find it the least interesting track on the album. Im must advise you that I am not totally comfortable with some of the images on track 11 (not official though, so theyre not his fault), but the song itself is nice. Enjoy:
