Mike Wood has an opinion on Band Aid: To use a Geldof-ism, the original ‘Do they know it’s Christmas‘ was crap. In fact, it was probably the worst Christmas song of all time. Thirty years on however, Bob is now an Honorary Knight and we’re about to be subjected to more shite (staying in Geldof mode) from the combined ‘talents’ of One Direction, Paloma Faith, Disclosure, Clean Bandit (who they?) and a few others with notions of celebrity.
