Mikes High Intensity Super Dooper Sunday Workout. Warm Up 1 x 10am sleep in. 1 hour laying in bed before getting up. Super Set 1 1 x sprint (slow paced walk) to chocolate container in kitchen to spike my metabolism. 1 x marathon - 2.25 hours of high intensity TV watching (Kardashians) 3 x walks to kitchen for food. 1 x foot massage for Marika. 2 x yawns. 1 x neck twist/stretch. Super Set 2 1 x lay on grass to watch Marika play lacrosse. 1 x FB update. 1 x eat Tonys nachos. 1 x discuss football with Tony. 3 x cheers for Marika. 2 x power yawns. Planned Cool Down 1 x shower Return to couch to watch TV. Eat more food. Eat more chocolate. Return to bed. Please Note - this is far from my typical day. I train 5 days a week, work 6 days a week and usually eat far more food.
