Milan, Italys DESTRAGE recently put together an acoustic arrangement for Where the Things Have No Colour from Are You Kidding Me? No., the bands latest album released in 2014 on Metal Blade. The band captured the acoustic performance on video, complete with a string section! Destrage fans who watched their studio documentary will be familiar with Larsen Premolis work, and this time around, he was responsible for the string trio arrangement for this song. The video was recorded at RecLab studios. Destrage vocalist Paolo Colavolpe discusses the video and song: Where The Things Have No Colour has a very personal meaning to us. This song talks about certain moments, its hard to explain them but if you felt like this once in your life you will find the lyrics extremely familiar. We talked a lot about the possibility of making an acoustic version of one of our songs, and this felt like being the perfect occasion. Our biggest thanks goes to Larsen Premoli who arranged the strings trio and made this version possible. This video is dedicated to all the people and friends involved in our project, who always support us during tours, recording sessions, video making, bullshits and everything that concerns the band universe.
