Mildred E. Cheuvront, 93, a resident of Friendship Ridge, formerly of Baden, died Wednesday, June 18, 2014, in Friendship Ridge. Born September 30, 1920, in Warren, PA, a daughter of the late William and Bessie Wood Pritchard, she was a member of the former House of Mercy Evangelical Lutheran Church in Freedom, where she was actively involved in church activities for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Cheuvront; two sons, Daniel Cheuvront and George Sonny Cheuvront; a daughter, Mildred Midge McDole; sisters, Ruth Alexander and Hazel Chris, and a brother, Edward Pritchard. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, David and Debra Cheuvront of Wilmington, OH; grandchildren, Neena McDole of Monaca, Michael (Carol) McDole of Arizona, Linda Cheuvront and Sunni Cheuvront, both of Salina, OH; Brenda (Greg) Mussler of Morris, IL, and Wendy Cheuvront of New Sewickley Twp.; great-grandchildren, Jeremy (Dorie) Martin, Christopher Martin, Milena Mussler, Serenity Cheuvront, Jonathan Cheuvront, Destiny Fontanini, Faith Richards and Sara Cheuvront; a great-great-grandson, Matthew Martin, and a cousin, Harry Krepps. Friends will be received Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. in the JOHN SYKA FUNERAL HOME INC., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge, where a service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
