Miley crazy for Patrick After initially making strides to keep their romance low-key, Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger have been far from shy about putting on public displays of affection recently. As they continue to soak up the Art Basel festivities in Miami, the pair took to the streets of South Beach for a relaxed romantic stroll on Friday. Wearing a full-length white halter-neck dress and black studded platform shoes, a make-up free Miley, 22, held hands with Patrick, 21, who also kept things casual in a white T-shirt with shark-patterned green shorts. Later that night, the pair attended a Haute Living party with Miley wearing hot pants and a shirt printed with a leaf design. She was photographed cuddling up with Eva Longoria and David Guetta. The two love birds were seen taking to the dance floor, clearly inspired by the music, with both of them pointing to the air in unison.
