A contract was made with Dar Al-Bahriyya for 20 Italian made search and rescue boats for Coasts and Borders Security Dept. for an amount of 34 Million Riyals. A contract worth QR 61.5 Million was signed with Al Hamad Trading Est. for 24 state of the art fire fighting vehicles and maintenance fire and rescue vehicles A Contract worth QR 22.4 Million was made with Salam Technology for supply and operation of a number of security surveillance systems and programs. A Contract worth QR 6.8 Million was made Saleh Hamad Al-Mana for 114 vehicles for MoI services. A contract worth QR 36.6 Million was made with Casidan –Airbus Defence and Space Company for development and maintenance of Tetra Communication System for MOI Communications Department A Contract worth QR 9.9 Million was made with Itqan Technologies to supply smart ID Cards for General Directorate of Nationality, Borders and Expat Affairs. A Contract worth QR 16.5 Million Qatari Riyals was made with Universal Technology Company to supply cards for driving license and vehicle permits for General Directorate of Traffic.
