Military Throw Back Thursday (MTBT). Water skiing on the Saigon River. During this period I was stationed at the Coastal Surveillance Center, Cat Lo, Vietnam. We would ride on a PBR up the river, spraying machine gun fire on the right bank, then turn around and come down the river spraying on the left bank. Then we would ski up the river, assuming no Viet Cong would expose themselves by shooting at us. Not a very explanatory picture, but you get the idea. You had to create your own recreation while in country.
