Military retirees: Have you applied for a loan and need official verification of your retired pay income? Your myPay account now offers a letter detailing your gross income on DFAS letterhead you can print to include in your application package. No lost time on hold waiting for a customer service rep, no trips to an available fax machine, and no wasted time and money sending written requests to DFAS.
