Millennium Park and McDonald’s invite Chicagoans and visitors to participate in energizing workouts on the Great Lawn There will be live music played over Millennium Park’s state-of-the-art sound system for the Yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes. Workouts are 45 minutes long so here is the line up from now until August 10th: • There is Tai Chi from Tangdang Garimot Martial Arts & Wellness at 7 am • Allie McManus does Yoga with music by DJ Tom PayZen at 8 am • You can do Pilates at 9 presented by Park Family Wellness AND • Zumba at 10 am from the folks at Dance SPA with the Rhythm Revolution Drummers keeping the beat It’s free and fun way to kick off your weekend every Saturday on the Great Lawn of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.
