Millie, a 3.5 year old Indo-Chinese tiger, joined our population last September, along with Top Cat. They were surrendered by a small, unaccredited facility in Ohio in an effort downsize to remain in business. Most of the time Millie is pretty agreeable, quick to chuff her hello, and a happy cat. But at dinner time, not so much. Last meal syndrome is a very powerful behavior that proves that domestication requires far more than love and a captive space to live! You can help us finish Millie and Top Cats permanent house. Donations may be designated to the Ohio Tiger Relief Fund. We are still about $15,000 short to put in their pools and den caging. We are very grateful to all who have helped us thus far, and hope you have seen - or will soon - the progress already made! Its a work in progress...
