Millions (Muslims, Hindus and Sikh) were killed in India and Pakistan during partition in 1947 though none made hue and cry about those genocide after 1947. Allah (SWT) knows the best and may be partition in 1947 was a curse for Indian Muslims else we could see kata dhane kata chal since 1947. There was not a single Jute Mill in present Bangladesh before 1947 partition.though it produced 90% of raw jute and supplied all raw jute to Jute mills of West Bengal. Kolkata/Calcutta, capital of West Bengal remained Hindi/Urdu speaking majority city though none in Bangladesh.
