Millions of dollars are donated yearly to the American Cancer Society with the hope that the research this money funds will fund a cure for cancer. Every year millions of Americans have a painful and miserable death due to cancer. This money is used solely to find a new and better chemical to be used in chemotherapy. NOT ONE PENNY of this money is used to study alternative cures for cancer like vitamin B17 (also known as laetrile). Yet, there is substantial evidence that this vitamin could indeed be the answer to the CURE FOR CANCER. Laetrile has NO TOXICITY TO HEALTHY CELLS, but it immediately attracts and KILLS CANCER CELLS. In desperation, some Americans (like Steve McQueen have gone to Mexico for laetrile (B17) treatment for their cancer and were cured. The facts are Steve McQueen WAS CURED OF HIS CANCER by the laetrile treatment in Mexico but died from a later operation to remove the benign tumor. The major question is WHY isnt the American Cancer Society using some of its money to explore the best way to use laetrile as a cure for cancer (especially when it is known NOT TO BE TOXIC)? Also, why does the federal government ban the use of laetrile for treating cancer (they know its not toxic)? The only reasonable answer is MONEY! Billions of dollars yearly flow to the drug companies and medical profession due to chemotherapy.
