Milo is an affectionate 1.5 year old neutered Lab-Shepherd mix, who is nothing if not eager to please his humans. He answers to his name, knows basic commands like sit and down (and is working on stay!) and has a high food drive which makes him easily trainable. Youd never know he has had such a rough beginning to his short life. Milo gets along well with other dogs and loves to play rough with his foster brothers, he does not like cats. He has a lot of energy and having another dog around and a variety of toys helps with this. Like most young dogs, he needs a high amount of physical and mental stimulation. Milo does well in a crate and with no accidents. He does well with the other dogs and seeks out his humans. He shows no signs of separation anxiety. He has absolutely zero aggression towards people and you can easily take things from his mouth or touch him while hes eating without any negative change in body language. Milo will make an excellent companion for someone who leads an active lifestyle. He will need a home with a fenced yard (unless the person plans to walk or run him lots), another dog his size or larger as a playmate would be great, and company during the day especially if his owners work outside the home, no small kids as he can be somewhat jumpy when he gets excited, and NO CATS.
