Milo...looking for new home. My mother has just gone into a care home and has not been able to take her cat with her. Just wondered if there was anyone local who may want him before I contact Heavens Gate or Cats Protection League. Milo is male, neutered and about 8/9 years old. My mother had him from a rescue place when he was about 4 and they lived in Wales. He was used to using a cat flap and very much an outdoors cat. However the past year he has been mainly indoors with a litter tray but Im sure he would be happy either way. He is not a lap cat but always sat next to my mother, on the arm of her chair. He likes being stroked but lets you know when hes had enough through body language (if you continue on, he can try to bite a little). He is very chatty and loves being talked to. He can be a little bit nervous but loved being fussed by all the various carers my mum had coming to visit her but can be a bit jumpy of sudden loudness so may not suit a home with small children. He has been in very good health, although had a bout of cystitis which was probably bought on by stress due to my mothers ill health. You are welcome to come and see him. He is not a fussy eater. He is due his annual jabs which I will have done before going to a new home and is registered with the Somerton Vets. Feel free to ask any other questions.
