Mimosa is a 4 year old 13 pound black and tan dapple female. She has been an outside dog since she was a year old and was surrendered to us because the neighbors were complaining about constant barking. Mimosa has never been to the vet and has eaten a diet of cat food until now. She seems to be a healthy weight and appears to be healthy. We will get her to the vet next week. Mimosas owner was an older man and I feel he cared for her the best he could do and didnt know any better. He also said going to have to live with his children because of his age. Mimosa came with Shiro and I will post her shortly. Mimosa seems to be temperament wise a very sweet dog that gets along well with other dogs but lol her previous owner said she did get out of the fence and bit a jogger on the ankles. I guess she thought he was running from her from some reason. She really is a sweet girl. We will separate both girls as long as they have another Dachshund companion since they seem happy here and like the other Dachshunds. Her adoption fee is 250.00
