Minced Meat & Mushroom Noodles Recipe: Presoak dried mushrooms and cut into slices. Am using about 8 mushrooms. Presoak dried noodles for 3 minutes or until they can be separated and then keep the noodles in the colander to drain off excess water. Am using 3 noodles today. Premarinate your minced meat with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, some corn flour, pepper and salt. You can use more dark soy sauce if you prefer your noodles to appear darker. Am using about a bowl of minced meat. You can use minced beef, minced chicken or even minced pork. 5 pips of garlic, 1 large onion. Chop at speed 5 for 5 seconds. 20gm cooking oil and a few dashes of sesame oil. Saute at Varoma, reverse spoon 3 minutes. Add mushroom and minced meat. Saute at Varoma? Reverse spoon for 8 minutes. Halfway cooking, add in a cup of water through MC hole Add in noodles, with the aid of a pair of chopsticks, try to quickly stir the noodles MC bowl to roughly coat them with the sauce. Continue cooking for 3 minutes at Varoma, reverse spoon. My girls give me their thumbs up.
