Mind & heart so full after #YouniqueCon2014. Im still in disbelief at the new friendships & professional relationships formed in 6m while building a business in an industry I never knew I wanted or needed. Convention was full of all shapes, sizes, promotion levels, socio-economic groups, & personal style expressions. This is a company dedicated to making ALL women feel important, needed, & validated. I heard so many life-changing stories because of the financial & (more importantly) validating impact Younique has on these womens lives. I learned that ANYONE can be a huge success & influence, whether you have 6 kids at home, live(d) in a trailer park, or have an MBA. Im so very proud of Jena Schrier Sigfrinius & Missie Goldthorpe Crook who havent made a ton of $ yet w/ Younique, but have been empowered to start their own businesses on their terms & had the confidence & drive to head to TX to see what their future will hold. Im also in awe of my mentor Cara Cloyd who with her leadership has impacted more lives than shell ever know...who in 7 mos has created a culture of leadership so strong, she has more leaders on her team than ANY other in the company. I cant even stand to think where this new company will be in another year. But I know Ill still be here as a positive force in uplifting my own life and those of others. #motivationmonday #somuchmorethanmascara
