MindenGardnerville Community blog people, As admin we do not relish the ideas of deleting posts as the majority of the time it causes a lot of grief and our PM boxes usually light up with both support and negativity. That is not what we want to do. We want RESPECTFUL freedom of speech on this board, but when two different admins have had to delete various posts on the same thread through out the day the common thing is the thread. However; with that said I did like the suggestion that was made (Constructive suggestions) that before a thread is deleted (A full thread) I will personally give a warning of 5 minutes before I delete that thread. It is a great idea and hopefully people dont abuse that 5 minutes. I have said this many times to many different people this is a GREAT community and I love EVERY person in this community it dont matter if I disagree with you on something so trivial as a deleted board post you each are great people and I am not going to let something so trivial as a Facebook post affect the way I think of all of you. Have a happy new year and I will start doing that 5 minute rule from now on unless it is abused. Just a side note this is something I am personally agreeing to do if the other admins want to do this its up to them as well, but this is a personal agreement I am making with everyone. Cory Baird
